By accessing or using noname ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. License & Access

• Keys are issued for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Each key is bound to a single hardware identifier (HWID). Sharing, reselling, or transferring keys is strictly prohibited.
• You may request a HWID reset subject to cooldown restrictions enforced by the Service.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Plans are available on a 7-day, 1-month, or lifetime basis.
• All payments are final. No refunds are issued once a key has been activated or bound to a HWID.
• Prices and plan availability may change at any time without notice.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the loader or any component of the Service.
• Attempting to bypass HWID restrictions or key validation mechanisms.
• Distributing, publicly sharing, or reselling keys or access credentials.
• Using the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or third-party terms.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Keys disabled due to violations are non-refundable.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to data loss, system damage, or third-party actions resulting from use.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
